JOB SUMMARY:
The Maintenance Millwright installs, modifies, troubleshoots, and repairs machinery, tools, and other facilities equipment as well as performs plumbing, carpentry, machining, welding, and fabrication as required to maintain plant and plant systems. They manage the preventative and predictive maintenance to improve the functionality and safe working order of our equipment and machinery. They take responsibility for and demonstrate safe work practices. They provide technical assistance and expertise across all groups in design, selection, and implementation of equipment and facilities.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Must have a passion around safety and be part of our safety culture. A good understanding of safety programs and following safe procedures is paramount.
Keep assigned areas, as well as general areas, clean and organized.
Operates all essential machinery and equipment to perform troubleshooting and repairs.
Assists in preventive and predictive maintenance of equipment and control systems by following the manufacturers established guidelines. Provides recommendations and opportunities for preventive maintenance improvements and implements changes.
Works within a team environment and maintains a positive, professional attitude with responsive communication. Displays initiative and ability to work with minimal supervision.
Designs, fabricates, and builds basic and/or complex structures, supports, or framework in the execution of daily tasks.
Operates large mechanical tools such as a drill press, band saw, shears, pipe threaders, brakes, rollers, lathes, and grinders. Operates small power tools including air winches, drills, grinders, etc.
Operates facility overhead cranes, man-lifts, forklifts, and hoists.
Required to read and understand drawings, utilizing this knowledge for the installation or repair of new and existing equipment.
Support validation activities of equipment, product or processes as required. This can include installation, EHS inspection, drawing verification, instrumentation verification, measurements and / or functional testing.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

High School Diploma or GED

Working knowledge of standard manufacturing equipment

Good computer skills
WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Manufacturing environment

Physical ability to lift, push or pull up to 25 lbs
-
Physical ability to move around on their feet for the entire duration of their shift

Physical ability to work at heights and/or in tight, enclosed spaces

JOB SUMMARY:
The Process Engineer Additive Manufacturing is a high-energy Process Engineer, with hands-on, practical experience. This position will accelerate the technical and commercial traction of our core technologies and products. As a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing process strategies, managing process resources, optimizing current processes, designing 3D printable technical product designs and maintaining process documents within an AS9100 continuous improvement quality culture.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Create efficient STL 3D print files
-
Develop 3D printing processes that are manufacturing ready
-
Create new products on our varied composites, textile, coating, foam, and additive manufacturing technologies.

Test newly created products
-
Test raw materials
-
Document processing conditions. test results, and other critical-to-quality data
-
Develop best practice SOP's, WI's, etc. for AM processes Generate optimized build files to produce high quality parts in minimum time with maximum consistency

Monitor builds on a varying schedule
-
Assist in Quality System audits
-
Research new 3D printable materials and leverage those materials into new technical products
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's of Science Degree from an accredited institution, with a concentration in a relevant materials science discipline
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

2-5+ years of prior relevant experience is required

Working knowledge of all 3D Printing processes (existing and emerging)

3D Slicing Expertise
-
Working knowledge of materials testing equipment

Eagerness to learn and explore advanced 3D composites, textile processes, and other AM processes

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Effective team player, with strong critical-thinking skills

Working knowledge of Solidworks, Rhino, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Ability to create and read 3D Modeling, and convert to 3D Print files
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidates with advanced degrees and prior military service, in combination with experience, are encouraged to apply
Prior hands-on composite processing experience is a must.
